R24 ******* from post office!!

I have been receiving a few items that i bought from overseas, with NO fee whatsoever up until a week ago.. Then suddenly SAPO decides that they will now pose a R24 fee on each and every item!!! What the hell? Why have I paid nothing till now for over a year and now suddenly this fee which they claim has always been effect! What ****** *******.. They are claiming a fee for what exactly? They offer the worst service, and items take forever to arrive. Very unhappy with the post office.. Complete ******* ! Already paid customs.. now this.. South Africa..what the hell...
