R24 handling fee for a parcel that sits in SA for 1 month before it arrives?? COME ON !!!

I never understood that fact that I can order an item from aliexpress have it packed, sent through China and flown here all in less than a month, but SAPO will sit on it for another month or more... 15 days in Jhb hub, 10 days in durmail then 5 days to arrive to my destination.. I would pay the R24 handling fee, no problem if you guys jacked up your act

imagine what you guys are gonna do when you have to handle the country's Grants when it takes 1 month to get a parcel from jhb to durban
