R24 Duane charged on a R10 package from overseas

This has been such a frustrating experience for me, I have ordered multiple packages from wish (overseas company), because it was cost effective, this cost should be included in the shipping fee and not charged extra, I would understand if it was big packages, but R10 packages....come on! This is just another money making scheme from the government! Now my packages work me out more than it would if I buy it in South Africa, I am definetely going to inform Wish about this, as this will cost them a great deal of bussiness! I am not sure if this is all the post offices that has to charge this fee of R24/package from now on, but it is rediculous!
