Putrid service for parcel notification and customer service

After not getting a receipt via mail for my package they call me to tell me that my parcel will be sent back to the supplier. A day before the time. Given that my parcel was delivered 5 months ago noted that there was a nationwide lockdown and no communication was given to me how am I supposed to know that my parcel is at the Post Office without any feedback from Post Office.

Then for a fine cheek the lady named Bella at the Promenade Post Office still has the audacity to try and make it seem as if though its my fault and that I am the one who is to be blamed for not collecting the parcel. She was beyond rude and quite stroppy about the entire thing. I asked if she could keep my parcel and she says no because I never collected it. Is this the kind of customer service one gets when dealing with the post office?

Putrid service. Disgusted.
