Putrid service delivery

I have been waiting over a month now for deliveries which were confirmed by the company i purchased from arrived at the post office but have not arrived to me.

i was supposed to get my orders in december however due to the putrid service by the phoenix post office i have yet to receive my parcels which were actual christmas gifts.

in addition to the lack of delivery service, they are now charging fees to pick up item from the post office and these receipts are being sent home on Photocopied paper. This by law is ******* as the document isn't an authentic SA Post office document and for all we know the employees at the post office may be pocketing these fees of R26 per parcel picked up.

Please can this be looked in to and fixed if not i will be going to the regulating bodies and complaining about service delivery and requesting hefty fines to be levied against you.
