proof of residence they don't accept anything

Need to renew car license. They now require proof of residence. But they only take documents physically posted to you. They don't accept anything printed from email. In this day and age, who really receives bills physically via post? I get everything electronically. But they don't accept print outs so now I can't renew my car license.
