License department and post office total system failure. Therefore now individual problem to proof address if only<br> 1.) License department could sent reminder to proof of residence as in the past and<br> 2.) Post office were able to deliver <br> 3.) Post office could deliver in time.....<br> Sad south Africa systems fail.<br> I always had respect for the lady doing the licenses but I think due to work load long lines se really had a BAD ATTACING attitude.<br> In future I will rather go to license department where they tell you what you need when entering the building whereas at the post office people stand in long lines an 90% to be turned away as proof of residence does not meet the persons requirement.<br> Most of our bills we receive per email so how can a cellphone bill serve as a proof of residence. I had all my old documents from the license department proofing my residence with my latest bills and I was met with rude sarcastic comments...... I am sad with<br> A. SA services<br> B. Post office service<br> C. Ladies attitude doing license at post office....<br>
