Prompt and efficient response

Have been receiving continuous emails which are part of a ****. advising that a parcel is waiting to be delivered but there is a small amount to pay (under R15.00). When you follow the link, it takes you to a screen where details of your credit card are requested. Clearly a ****.

I reported it to SA Post Office - so they are aware of the ****. Received a response within 24 hours (and an apology for taking so long to respond) from customer services. Well done Post Office. Not usually my favourite institution, but this was extremely prompt service.
