Product received from JIMC.
I've written a previous complaint about my Parcel that was stuck at the JIMC. I was worried since it was a Fragile package.

I am happy to report that my product was delivered in a rather good condition. No problems at all. Not on time, but at least not damaged.

I still feel that the service is utterly bad considering that no one answers the call center, and as such no one can really give anyone peace of mind regarding their parcels, but given that my package arrived safe and sound, my confidence have been slightly renewed in the SAPO.

Thanks to the people at SAPO that work hard to deliver the services.
