PRETORIA NORTH SAPO POWER FAILURE

I ordered a parcel from the USA on 13 December 2017. It arrived in the JHB Intl Mail Centre on 12 January 2018 (Incomming Intl), then in tyransit 13 January 2018 at the same hub. It got to the Tshwane Hub on 23 January 2018 and then moved again in the same hub on 25 January 2018. Sincve then no movement on the specific Tracking No RB ********** 34HK. I then received a registered letter slip for collection at Pretoria North on 08 February 2018 with a customs fee to be paid (different tracking no). I was excited and rushed to the SAPO to find to my disgust it was closed with a notice "CLOSED DUE TO POWER FAILURE". I was away for the weekend and on arriving at the SAPO Pretoria North on 12 February 2018 it was still closed with the same notice "CLOSED DUE TO POWER FAILURE". How can this be? I have been waiting for my parcel for two months and now it is locked behind closed doors. When van I get my parcel please?
