Potchefstroom Post Office Hub is a JOKE!

<p>I am so TOTALLY frustrated by the useless customer service of the Potchefstroom Central Post Office hub! I was sent a parcel with a tracking number from PE on the 3rd of May. It has been hopscotching from one post office branch in Potchefstroom to the next (3 in total) with me having to take time of work to hunt it down. The address on the package is correct. This afternoon I was told it was MISSING! After I phoned the hub myself, I was told that it was sent to Johannesburg! What the hell! I WANT MY PARCEL! And all that the Potchefstroom hub lady tell me when I ask them what I must do to get my parcel is "eish, I don't know". I kid you not! This is unacceptable!</p>
