Postoffice/Postbank service ...............🙈😩🤔

Good day, I have had a bad experience with the Postoffice Postbank. I had an account for year, my disability monies get paid in every month. It's a struggle to get my monies. I decided to close my Pistbank account, I was not informed to wait for my disability monies to first come through definitely in my new bank account. So now for 2 months my monies has been lying in a closed account. Nobody can help. I have spend so much time at them, then its this and that..... I was then told to contact the call centre they never answer. It's so frustrating. I send emails to there complaints centre to no avail. The service I received was bad. How do we do our business with this type of service.
