Postoffice worst service EVER

this is the worst service I have ever came across from any post office. I have been waiting for a packet since it's been sent at 12/10/2018 and still haven't received the receiving slip in the post box since it's been delivered there at 23/10/2018 and we are already at the 1st of November. I have payed a lot for this packet and now they don't even want to give it to me. they say they have lots of packets to handle, which is not that that much. I do that in a day. if you don't want to work there's lots of Unemployed people out there who needs jobs. get them in.

I can't see what's been taking so long. to handle only 30 packets!!! that should have been out a long time ago already, this is how our stuff gets lost in the mail. people just don't care about others stuff.
