Postoffice uselessness.

Total disregard of public queries. I have an international parcel now 79 days in transit. The Postoffice tracking website does not function at all. I found my parcel tracking only on a international website. The parcel disappeared between Durban and the Amanzimtoti Postoffice. I assume ****** as they do not know it's whereabouts. Parcel value car spare part R3200. Post cost R850 then they ***** the contents. Why don't they just close the Postoffice they do not even reply on their complaints email service.
