PostOffice Failed Me

PostOffice has failed me, i sent an evelop on the 9 June 2021 up to date It hasnt reached where it was supposed to go. I go to their offices they are saying theres nothing they can do, when im tracking it it shows "PRETORIA GPO" dated 2021-07-07. I need that package
