Posted Parcel Still Not Arrived

I am experiencing great difficulty retrieving a parcel that I posted from Saudi Arabia on the 27 July 2018. The tracking system indicates a "cancelled" status and the mailing centre never answers their phones. Tracking Number CP ********** 74SA
