Postbox locked for 3rd time although renewed

Hi there. I have renewed my postbox on the 7th of January 2015 via virtual post office, paid the amount of R339, and I have proof of payment. According to the post office in Rooihuiskraal my account is open and active, but this is now the 3rd time this year that my box has been locked and every time it is a heck of a mission to get it open again. It is totally unacceptable and if this does not get solved now for the final time, I am going to close this account and take my account to post net. There is no system in place to report and track these incidents, which is also unacceptable. <br> <br> Crystal Hoole
