POSTBANK POOR SERVICE

Post Bank service is so inefficient. Our bank card are swallowed by the atm the reason being we must collect new bank cards from the branch. But surprisely it has been months and there's not bank cards at the branch, nor any answer as to when cards will be available. Imagine leaving without bank card and the worse part is their office are always full for a person to go there to make withdrwal. The daily withdrwal limit is also very low. This is depressing. How could you stop usage of bank cards without implementing the new cards? this is a sign of poor management and service
