Postbank failing their customers

According to their Call centre, they are offline and due to that, customers are unable to access their Postbank accounts. This is carrying on for more than 7 days now and people are starving due to this problem... apparently they, the IT personnel, are working on the problem, but up till now, no fixing of the problem...
