Postbank staff not very helpful. Had an issue that took them 3 months and still to date not all issues have been sorted. This issues deals with an elderly person aged 89 and they keep asking the person to go to a certain place and renew a card after he already made two previous cards. card issue is now somehow sorted but there is still the issue of the Balance of funds that need to be allocated and that has been ongoing for almost two months
