postal tracking from Tahiland

<p>i had urgent mail that had to be sent to attorneys. the mail was posted in Thailand 14.01.2017 the post office said we will receive it in 3-5 days. it has been 11 days already and no one received anything yet. </p> <p>i have been trying to get hold of someone that can tell me how long it will take to get the urgent mail. </p> <p>according to track and trace the parcel is at customs and has been there since 21.01.2017. </p> <p>i have e-mail numerose people, i have phone all the numbers but no answer and the replies i get on e-mail is just to ask them again through the corse of the week. </p> <p>how long can it really take to clear post!!! how is it that one can not get a number for a senior at the JIMC E that can get the parcel to clear customs????</p> ********** ********** **********
