Postal Services Merebank

The Post office situated in Tomango Road, Merebank is shockingly unhelpful. I went this morning to collect my international parcel and the gentleman there refused to assist with "queries", he refused to even check if the parcel had arrived. The only priority for the Post Office was to pay out the grants. I'm struggling to understand the purpose of the postal service if not to deliver us our "posts".
