postal service pathetic

I had documents that needed to be delivered urgently - my parcel has not been delivered yet and I paid for counter to door - I will NEVER make use of the post office again and would like refund on all my transactions done with the post office. What is the use of making use of the counter to door service? Think the normal post would have been faster... My parcel is going backwards and forwards... <br> <br> VERY UPSET !!! THIS IS ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS AND WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY!!!!
