Postal service a huge disappointment

I ordered a flat iron from the Netherlands on the 5 th of November 2019. On the 8th of December at 11 H31 the parcel arrived at johannesburg international mail centre (hub). Up till today the parcel is still at the hub. I can understand that the post office is extremely busy. But really a whole week went by and no movement. This is a Christmas gift for my daughter. Or at least it's suppose to be a Christmas gift for this year. I'm really disappointed in the service that's being rendered
