POSTAL ORDERS OFFLINE - 3WEEKS?????????

<p>How can the money order system be offline for three weeks?</p> <p><br />We have urgent fines to pay, We visit the post offices daily , same story. Since then I've been calling to see if the system is online. BUT NO,STILL OFFLINE?</p> <p><br />What is this for service? <br /><br /></p>
