Postal Items not being sourced to Ruimsig Post Office for collection by Jhbg International Mail Center

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I hav ePotsal items delivered since the 4th June 2017 which will be 2 months during the month of August 2017 from Abroad and the Merchants cannot be paid or have the money released, as I am not in posesssion of the items I ordered and paid for online.</p> <p>This is one of teh reasons why Merchants do not want to deal with us as Comnsumers buying items online Abroad as South Africans dueto teh bad SA Post Office services rendered.</p> <p> </p> <p>Go and search on Google and you will find shocking fphotos of the inside of a SA Post Office Postal Hub center.</p> <p>I was at Johannesburg International Mail enter. The outside looks like a trash dump. The Private security runs the Post Office Mail center on the outside. It is not a very safe area.</p> <p> </p> <p>There is no proper computerised system so good luck to the newly appointed CEO Mr Barnes, I do not think you have the powers to be sir, i.e to get the SA Post Office on a track where it will complete a successful journey. Chnage your staff's attitude and treat the public and your consumers with respect.</p> <p>I propose, deploy new compuetrised systems that will be effective and work in your Parcel postal service Hubs. Train your staff, visit abroad and get help or get local innovative individuals to meet your objective.</p> <p>For now I doubt whether you will see the end of the tunnel without a modernized Tecnological system within your Organization.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>The attitude of your Postal Staff is that you owe them as a Customer, as a Customer you are regarded not more but an intruder.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Below message on the Internet.</p> <p>Quote: "Barnes says the way to fix an outdated organisation is through growth, and he hopes to turn it into an asset that government and the private sector will want to invest in."
