Postal delivery by ox wagon?

Your service is absolutely shocking.

SAP posted documents to me on 25 June, it is now the 17 July and I have still not received. the mail. Have you reverted to delivering by ox wagon? When going to inquire at Durbanville Post Office, I was told they cannot help me and I would just need to wait.

The South African Post Office is useless and should be closed down!!!!
