POSTAL BOX LOCKED ALREADY PAID

NO follow up received since I posted 2 complaints...paid for postal box but is locked. The personal are of NO assistance for general enquiries...fiddle on their workstation, can not look you in your eyes......are terribly rude and take their timing doing their job...
