Postal BOX are hard/impossible to open or close.
Good day Reitz Post Office.<br> <br> I am very disgusted by your service. As I have complained about my postal box which are hard and at some stages impossible to open, om the day I have complained the lady who have been called to assist me have just went to help me open the box and take out the mail. She have told me that \It is the walls that are cracking and moving causing my box not to open!!! <br> I am frustrated by this "EXCUSE\""!!! I DO PAY FOR MY BOX YEARLY BECAUSE I NEED TO RECEIVE MY MAIL AND CRACKING WALLS IS YOUR CONCERN NOT MINE!!! It seems that till date NOTHING has been done to solve this problem. IN FACT it seems like 2 owners of boxes have not been able to close their boxes as 2 of the boxes underneath mine were left open for more than a month now.<br> <br> As if I haven't had to much problems my accounts keep arriving late"
