Post to Cyprus vanishing - 'tracking' useless

I posted a parcel with tracking to Cyprus on 30 September 2019. It has vanished without trace. SAPO tell me they have no clue what happened to it. Their tracking system is pointless - all it tells you is where and when last your parcel WASN't lost.
