Hello,

my package with ID number CD***NO is stuck at customs at JIMC and i have no manner of following up on it. No one answers the phone (several numbers) and no one answers my emails sent to [Email Removed] The value of the content is below 500 ZAR as noted on the parcel (written with value of 200NOK - equivalent to around 410ZAR) as the content is merely my excess luggage comprised of my personal used shoes, clothes and skin creams.

I do not have a permanent residency in South Africa yet so the box has been addressed to me, C/O my local postnet in Cape Town. I have no manner of post-wise communicating with customs and JIMC, and would greatly appreciate electronic or telephone communication concerning my parcel. I am also leaving Cape Town in 10 days time and no one will then be here to accept and collect the box. It is of the utmost urgency that i receive some form of feedback on my parcel.

Please assist?
