Post or Past Office🤔

Does the SA Post Office have any staff that follows up on communication from customers? I've made numerous phone calls and sent an email in April and again in May. Still no reply. Hope they don't spend money on paying salaries for Customer Care Department if the service is non-existent. My parents, pensioners, received a set-top box. It could pick up no signal in their town Franschhoek. The installation company collected everything the next day and would have brought a new one. Needless to say.. they never returned. Installation Company who received the contract was accompanied by Belinda. Phone calls to the Post Office Customer Service Department are unanswered. Accountability towards enquiries and service delivery are pathetic.
