post offices don't give a ****

after receiving a few parcel slips for collections at cape gate post office i got really angry at the way the exchange takes place!!!!! I give slip they give package and that is it. No ID, Drivers, no proof of who i am required.<br> <br> After going to the manager and explaining to him that any vagrant can collect my parcel sometimes reaching thousands of rands in value he just looked at me as if i'm crazy shrugged his shoulders and rep****. It is not required from us to check who collects what. in other words he is trying to say if a vagrant comes in collects my parcel he just doesn't give a rats **** because it is not stated that he is required to do so. <br> <br> Now i know where some of my missing parcels go. in the hands of workers. post boys giving collection slips to buddies to collect and the post office just won't care.<br> <br> at brackenfell post office they make copy of my ID. so whats the difference.
