Post officer's stuff are ****s

I've head the worst experience with post office polokwane in Paledi mall. I lost my phone in their branch. I'm suspecting that the stuff members there took it since they taking me from pillar to post , they promised that they will look at their CCTV footage but no one is getting back to me . They keep on giving me excuses even their manager failed to assist me . How can they hire stuff that are not honest, our belongings are not safe with them when they have to render their service ? Isn't honesty part of their job descriptions ... No one is willing to assist me and I need my phone to go on with my work .
