Post Office/EMS - insufficient

Okay so I shipped documents to South Korea on the 6th of April seeing as the Post Office promised on their website it would take 4-5 days when sent with EMS. Today is the 16th and not one of my enquiries have been answered. It cost upwards of R450 to send ONE envelope and it has now been 10 days and still no documents in Korea. Also, the tracking number STOPS after the documents have left Cape Town. The only think I see after I enter my tracking number is that it left the export office in Cape Town on the 6th. It is seemingly impossible that it could not be in Korea by now. My tracking number is EE ********** 00ZA if anyone from the Post Office could possibly find the time to help me?
