Post-Office Workers Dishonest

My wife went to the Raslouw Post office branch at the reds mall in Centurion to pay our Telephone Bill.She gave the cashier a Miriam R400.00 to pay our Telephone bill witch was R330.00.When my wife asked for her change this Miriam said she only gave her R300.00.My wife then pointed out that the bill was R330.00 and that the receipt showed it.Miriam then took back the receipt and they reversed the transaction gave my wife R300.00 and refused to do the transaction again or call the supervisor.They even locked the Branch doors and said they called the SAPS witch never came btw.I tried to call the Customer relations line at this number ***but after hearing thank you for your patience for 9 minutes and 20 seconds i gave up.So people please be aware that these people did not get paid when they should have according to the news so now it seems they are trying to pay them self by ******** the public
