Post Office - Where is my parcel ?

Hi I have ordered a parcel that never came through. 4 months after my order I kept calling to understand why I still haven't received my package, the person on the other hand of the phone kept saying the parcel is in South Africa but hasn't been dispatched yet. Then I left it for another month, and still the same answer. I went physically thereafter to the post office to find out my name was on the register and my item got delivered to them. But now surprise they cannot find my package. I gave them a week to look for it and still nothing. I called the branch manager and he gave me a story of how he is not responsible and I should take with the employees at the branch, Which I did,. Said employees cannot explain why my parcel was registered as delivered to them and they can't find it. They gave me a form to fill which I did and ever since I haven't heard from anyone. They promise to call me or at least keep in touch but nothing still. Where is my parcel? Is it ****** because I cannot see any other explanation. I should have received an sms to come and collect my package that also never came through. Please explain or help me locate my package. I have called several numbers including PO call center and no has been able to help. I'm quite out of option at this point and I refuse to sit down and let it go. I've lost thousands of rand in that parcel and I need to see it through.
