Post Office where are my parcels???

Hello am Thapelo I want to know if the SA post office is still working because since I bought some few things for my wife last year December from Wish online stores when I track my parcels they say dispetched from Jet park but when I go to Marshall town post office they say no parcels have arrived and I tried to contact head office, customer service number and Jet park number no luck they don't answer calls. What is happening where are my parcels??
