POST OFFICE = USELESS INSTITUTION

Okay so using the socalled EMS service to get your documents overseas ASAP is a ****. I paid over R450 to get my documents to Korea as soon as possible. It has now been 13 days. There is NO information beyond the day that I shipped it, which was on the 6th of April. I emailed their customer service 3 times before they rep**** with:

Good day, Kindly note that the item was posted on the 6th of April to Korea. There is no scan from Korea yet. Regards Samantha.

This is the most useless email in the history of useless emails. This is information I obtained the first day after I posted it. I want them to FIND MY DAMN DOCUMENTS!

The post office is a disgrace. The fact that they can't even reply to their HelloPeter complaints just goes to show how little they care.
