Post Office Useless.
A Package from the States to SA in 20 Days, that is accoridng to the tracking info first time it was scanned into South Africa. Who knows how long it waited before the container was opened.
From the 13th April to Date it is still in Johannes burg, an just got a response from Pst Office after sending numerous E-Mails there is no ETA for my package to reach Richards Bay. There inst even a destination Hub specified on the delivery yet. And all they can say is sorry there is a backlog.
How many years do you want to use the same excuse for useless service.

Official answer over the phone: Sorry we cant promise you anything or help you, we are short staffed and the people higher in Company is not listening we are parastatal you have to understand.
That is what you get told. MY package left Joburg on 20 April 2019 I was told there is no more tracking info after that as it means it have not arrived in Durban yet. Slowest freaking truck I have seen in my life. But hey like the lady told we are a parastatal I have to understand.
