POST OFFICE USELESS!

I sent a complaint to Hallo Peter and NO RESPONCE!? I have an issue with a parcel to the US and my client is SO UPSET !!!! I sent the parc el 13 October and it didnt even leave customs!!! Came back to the post office with note on selotape " Art no access" i have sent numerous paintings to the US with no problem! Why now? The dont answer their damn phones or reply to emails! PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS COMPLAINT! Sent in for tbe second time to Hello Peter!
