Post office Troyeville stuff are useless

Good day I have a problem, I send parcel to Netherlands since 17 May 2019 I paid that it should arrive in 10days but it reach Netherlands on the 20 June 2019,when my brother go and check they said they bring it back to SA but till today the parcel hasn't arrive when they track it it doesn't show anything, I call customer care they don't pick,I'm very much worried because the things that are inside that parcel cost almost R3500. Please help me the track number is RJ***ZA,I send it by Troyeville post office and the workers there are not helping with anything. Regard Nelisiwe
