POST OFFICE TRAMSHED

I went to send a parcel today at Post Office Trampshed, (334 Schoeman Street, Pretoria CBD) It was around past 14hrs, while I was filling in the courier form my husband was waiting on the que for me but wen I went to the window as the cashier called NEXT the cash said I must return back so she can serve the lady who came in while we were already inside & the lady queued after my husband, I explained to her (cashier) that I was here before the lady & she also saw that coz she is the1 who gave me the courier form to fill, she was loud, & said it doesn't matter if am not assisted at that time coz its only 2pple who need help, so I must just go back to the que well it mattered to me coz my time was wasted, I was embarrassed, humiliated, belittled in front of all the pple that werr inside that post office.

I did not get the name of the staff lady who unfairly treated me as the (staff) did not wear any name badges, but the lady was working at counter 5, she has a blonde hair cut & lighter in complexion. Such people with no respect with people's time & *********** when it comes to customer care should go back to training.
