Post office *******

Hy there I have a problem with the sa post office ..I posted goods (clothing for my son)in April I did insure the parcel and it was missing . I posted them to koffiefontein and my mum never received it ..when I go to the post office they say it was not insured they can not do anything about it ...my question was is it that unsafe to use your services that I need to insure it coz I paid regardless of what happened ...I have bought my son winter clothes and shoes he never received them . If there is anyone who can assist me in getting my stuff back and my money that I paid at the post office will be you Pete please help it's been too long now ...and what makes me even more angry they respond as if I'm being ******** just because I did not insure the parcel
