Post office *****'s- randburg square post office

Received a letter from the post office at randburg square to collect my item, at the end of November. I received a text message on the 14th of December. Upon collection i am told that they returned the package in september, due to me not collecting on time. Like what the hell? Far as i am concerned, the service staff stole the items!
