Post Office taking too long to deliver my registered mail. - Bad service

Sent a registered parcel on 17 October 2022 from Caledon post office. On 19 October 2022 when i tracked the [parcel online it still showed "accepted" by the branch. I emailed their contact centre the same day to investigate why it takes so long to send the parcel off to its destination, but with no response. On 21 October 2022, i checked again the online tracking service and showed in transit. My question and concern are still why is it taking so long for a registered mail/parcel to be sent to its destination whereas you pay more for that than a normal service? That parcel was meant to reach its destination before 25/10/2022 and i doubt if that will happen. I want the Post Office to please speed up their service and deliver my parcel before 25/10/2022.
