Post Office Table View

Hi Post Office. Please please please can i please get helped. I've purchased an item internationally. Some how my parcel landed at Table View, but the address clearly stats Johannesburg. I've tried calling i dont know how many hours and i believe they have probably disconnected their landline. Can some respond to my query.
