Post office stole my parcel content

My reregistered mail parcel was tempered and ******. Firstly my parcel was sent to Brixton post office where it was never meant to go, cant reach them by phone because it's constantly "busy" . I am absolutely furious!!! The cheek to still send an empty packet. The post office is pathetic and wonder why it's suffering the way it is. Fire the ******* you hired!!!
