Post Office Stole my goods

My friend in Joburg send me two pieces of hair from Brixton yesterday weighing around 380grams today when I collected the parcel it was weighing round 0.82grams. Luckily I checked b4 I left and I opened it in front of the teller only to find 1 piece of hair. I want what belongs to me no wonder they are going down!!
