POST OFFICE STOLE FROM ME

Last year in May 2021 i used post office to deliver a big box full of new clothes from cape Town post office to soshanguve central post office. My parcel had arrived but they "gave" it to the wrong person. We had an on going claim until they decided to compansate me which was supposed to be this year in February. I never got a call or anything from them, today we are in August 2022 and I'm still waiting. Can hellopeter please help me with this case I really tried.
